Custom Project Manager

Position Summary
The position is responsible for managing quotation requests and orders from customers for custom projects produced and shipped from overseas.  This includes obtaining freight quotes and duty classifications for all projects.  The employee will also work very closely with our Market Identity customers to develop items that meet their needs and creative vision but also meet the licensing requirements of their schools, leagues and organizations.  The position will also require some backup assistance to the rest of the custom team for the ASI channel when needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support internal and external sales teams as well as our customers with inquires regarding custom projects and orders.
• Communication with Corvest’s Asia office and vendors overseas on a daily basis to help manage projects.
• Prepare quotations for customers to include accurate duties, ocean/air freight and profit margins.
• Follow up with customers on all quotations and requests submitted and presented.
• Directly responsible, with some assistance from sales reps, for closing sales on quotations provided to customers.
• Assist customers with sourcing appropriate product selections for their projects/promotions.

Education and Skills Required:

• College degree preferred
• Experience in, and a general understanding of, promotional products and retail industries.
• Flexibility and positive attitude
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organization and attention to details
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work with firm deadlines
• Computer proficient in Micro Soft  Word, Excel and Power Point
