Market Identity Inside Sales Representative

Pay Grade: Hourly plus commission
Primary Purpose: Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for championing Market Identity (the retail arm of Corvest) value proposition/message within the marketplace, targeting sales opportunities, driving revenue, developing flagship accounts and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction within his/her assigned customer base/territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 12 accounts and 20 prospect quality calls to customers within the assigned geographic region on a daily basis to help direct and manage the efforts of our retail brand business.
- Educate accounts on the products, programs and services offered by the Market identity brand.
- Follow up on all leads received, ensuring every sales opportunity is responded to and supported.
- Analyze sales data on an ongoing basis to evaluate opportunities within targeted customer base.
- Ability to develop effective promotions, or other incentives for sales opportunities, for Market identity with each customer.
- Provide weekly written reports of relevant field activity, including competitive information, specific account information, product & services feedback from customers, as well as industry developments.
- Represent Market Identity at industry events and trade shows when necessary.
- Partner with accounts to approach territory goals and increase our market share.

- Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
- Computer skills, preferably knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with contact management software like Act!, Goldmine, Sales Logix, etc.
- Sales experience preferred
- 4 year college degree required
- Work experience to reflect responsibility
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales mechanics and business acumen
- Self starter, with a strong sense of commitment, highly motivated, decisive, accountable.
